Who is excited that it is FINALLY Friday!? This week has gone pretty swiftly but I for sure am just living/working for the weekends.
I am teaming up with
A. Liz Adventures for Five on Friday today. I hope you enjoy and be sure to leave a comment!!
{1} I have really become obsessed with Snapchat. The filters y'all. They just crack me up. Although, I wish they would get rid of that silly dog face....get creative and bring on some new ones. My favorites are the ones that morph your face. Follow along and be sure to leave your Snapchat name as well!
{2} We are having turkey taco salads tonight, and I am kickin' it up a notch with some queso fresco. I now living on the edge right? When we lived in SC, I could never find it at the grocery store. Well guess what y'all, welcome to Texas, home of all things TEX MEX. They had about 15 different brands! I picked some up today from the grocery and can't wait to try it out.
{3} I have done the 21 Day Fix once already earlier this year and really liked how I had to push myself. One of my best girlfriends is a coach so she got me in to it. I am going to do it again. I have kept my weight off and want to just see how much more I can transform it. Nothing like competition to really get you going. Have any of you tried it? How were your results? What did you think?
{4} I am so glad it is starting to stay warm here in TX. The mornings have been a bit brisk but I think any frost or too cold temps over night are gone. Now I can replant some flowers on our itty bitty apartment porch. That is one thing I miss terribly about having a house...all my flowers/ferns. My mom has always had AMAZING planters as well. I am ready to get back into my flowers. Below is a Pinterest find. I just LOVE that sweet potato plant. That bright green sets off any planter.
{5} We have two trips back East this summer, one for a wedding & one to stay a week with my parents at their new home in NC. Excited is an understatement!! I so enjoy time spent with my parents and in the mountains. I used to hate the mountains and now I love it. And when you were younger...nobody thought it was cool to hang with your parents. Now, I totally get it. :)
Hope y'all have a fabulous weekend!! We will be watching lots of Masters coverage I am sure.
xoxo,
Haley
